Website says they have units available. When it came in person, they didn't feel like renting to me. Said they had no units available none at all... Furthermore, did that recommend any other places. Customer service needs improvement..
Drove down from Phoenix with a truckload and tried to access my storage at 6:30 (it’s supposed to close at 7:00) but the door and parking were blocked. No notification of an event.
One of the most badass live albums of all time was recorded here in 2013. Absolutely gnarly!

I called and scheduled a visit to check this place out. Misty was super friendly, helpful and answered all my questions without a hard sell or pressure. She was so patient and just a very neat person. My understanding is that this place is under new management... Seems like a change for the better. Worth the time:)!
