Welcoming and friendly. Everyone we met was so nice!
From the moment we walked in, we felt a sense of warmth. The team was friendly and answered all our questions. The sales team was especially helpful during our visit. The community seems vibrant and well cared for.
Donna one of the servers she is very very professional, she treats all the residents with respect, take the drink orders and food orders as she suppose to on the time that it is supposed to be taken and brings the orders back out fresh and hot.
Even though we haven’t moved forward just yet, I wanted to shout out the amazing experience we had touring Wildcat. Kaylee and Angel both reached out during different parts of the process, and they were so helpful—never pushy, always supportive. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. If you're just starting the journey, this is the place to go for guidance and kindness.
Angel gave us the most thoughtful tour I’ve experienced out of the all communities we visited. She was upbeat, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about the residents and staff. Even though we’re still figuring out the timing for my uncle’s move, Wildcat is the only place that felt like a “yes” in our hearts. We appreciated how nothing felt forced—it was just a great conversation with someone who clearly cares.
