John is a magician. He is practical and a realist, won’t promise you the world until he knows for a fact he can deliver, but will also do everything in his power to make your problems go away. Excellent service. Returned my early phone call immediately. Arrived in the time frame given and even called to let me know he was enroute. John solved the problem in no time and had the parts on the truck so everything was taken care of in one visit.
