The community itself is decent, but there are several things that unfortunately detract from the overall appearance and quality of the neighborhood. There are frequently garbage cans left visibly in front of homes, portable basketball goals that appear to have become permanent fixtures along the street rather than being used and stored appropriately, and multiple vehicles parked on the street at the same time, which makes the streets feel unnecessarily crowded and takes away from the overall appearance of the community. These people don’t want to do their job, they barely answer the phone and it takes more than 48 hours to receive access to amenities. They drag their feet on everything and go to lunch earlier than they are supposed to. The staff here needs to be reviewed.

Wildcat ranch is both a clean, and dirty neighborhood, pets do roam the streets often, most complaints are true. There is a playground, a school, two gyms, an amenity center, trails, a pond, and creeks. There is sometimes trash in the grass and streets. Trash may blow into your flowerbed/yard. Wildcat Ranch is a growing housing development, and a growing community. The Crandall ISD community is prideful, but not the best. HOA is also very strict, poor management.

Beware. Homes are built fast and poorly. HOA will harass certain demographics and turn a blind eye to others. Owners of pets are allowing pets to roam freely and poop in yards. This seems to be an area for the retired population. Parents with young children/teenagers, look elsewhere. There’s no reserved, safe space for them. I inquired about a basketball court near the elementary school and found that the kids are no longer allowed to go there. There are no plans to add a designated area for the kids to enjoy such activities... read more
