Wildcat ranch is both a clean, and dirty neighborhood, pets do roam the streets often, most complaints are true. There is a playground, a school, two gyms, an amenity center, trails, a pond, and creeks. Wildcat Ranch is a growing housing development, and a growing community. The Crandall ISD community is prideful, but not the best. HOA is also very strict, poor management.
Beware. Homes are built fast and poorly. HOA will harass certain demographics and turn a blind eye to others. Owners of pets are allowing pets to roam freely and poop in yards. This seems to be an area for the retired population. Parents with young children/teenagers, look elsewhere. There’s no reserved, safe space for them. I inquired about a basketball court near the elementary school and found that the kids are no longer allowed to go there. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!! I can’t WAIT to move out of this neighborhood. What was promised is not what has been presented to me. I thought this community would be a family oriented community it’s not, peoples pets stay roaming the neighborhood, folks living here don’t upkeep their property, they complain about everything HOA does to keep the community nice, can’t use the AMENITIES we pay dues for because it’s always something broken, now we have RENTAL PROPERTIES being built at the entrance of the neighborhood and at the back of ... read more
