Wish I could give them a ZERO Rating! Wanted payment in full before it was completed and then ghosted me when I tried (for several months) to get them to fix all the issues! They cut so many corners to save themselves money that about 30% of my yard doesn’t get ANY water at all! Paid over 7K for a total system and A YEAR LATER, STILL don’t have a fully working system. Wildcat Irrigation upgraded our lawn irrigation; We have been happy with what they did. After upgrading, they contacted us to see if it was working properly. We had a couple of issues, and they had those fixed the next day. Shortly after the initial upgrade, my main valve system started leaking with water running down our driveway and into the street. Overall excellent job and reasonable price . I would recommend to anyone who wants to uses their expertise.
I had issues with my control panel sending an error. I called them and they came out the same day to fix it! They were fast, knowledgeable, and reasonable. My system was up and running that night. Highly recommend!! Support the small businesses in Manhattan.
