I had mortgage Ins for many years through Wildcat and I called to ask why the prices have gone up 50% from the previous year. Even though I had no claims. She was very rude on the phone and started yelling at me and all she could say is that prices are going up, prices are going up!!! Not better service, not better coverage, just rude and unprofessional.
Had 2 seperate issues. Called and Valerie handled both and confirmed it was done via text. Thankful for good service
