I just started coming to the work out classes, I REALLY LOVE the trainers, they are very helpful and really good at teaching you how to workout properly! Everyone is welcoming and I love that ! I recommend this gym
This gym doesn't get nearly enough hate. If you notice, most of their reviews are from people who dropped in for a class or 2 which is just short of how long it takes the coaches to start judging you and making you feel inadequate. This is the gym they warn you about joining for crossfit. Any facility still using "crossfit" in their name should tell you a thing or two. Dropped in while visiting Tuscon! The entire class was welcome and Coach Donnie had some excellent warm ups and coaching cues!
