Lisa Potts is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the building process! Dustin was great and was then moved to Tampa during our build. Justin Kreps took over as our construction manager and demonstrated fantastic communication, hard work with long hours to ensure a quality home, and considerate follow-up to make certain his new home-owners are happy with their purchase.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Zero quality control. A project manager who has no accountability in providing a quality home. Do yourself a favor, go with another builder and save yourself the headache. Even trying to reach out to upper management is a complete waste of time. I shared numerous complaints with Pulte about our PM yet I still see him on the job and nothing has changed.
