We normally get wings here, but the food has been getting worse and worse each time. This time we placed our order through DoorDash; we ordered 30 wings, 10 of them were completely burnt and none of the sauces were correct. They also forgot our drinks. Super disappointed and will be looking for a new wing place in Anderson.

We had a curbside pickup order for 545. The instructions in our confirmation email said to pull to the designated parking spots. Couldn’t find a sign or anything. We pulled up near the front door behind another vehicle and called, selected 1 for curbside pickup and nobody answered. Called back 7 more times for a total of 8 calls, no one answers. We have came multiple times the service is absolutely horrible! We have stood in front and no one acknowledges you, when they have seated us it is always at a dirty table, you will have multiple waitresses walk by no one speaks! I truly think they need serious Customer Service Training and so much more!!!! Here is a few tips maybe try saying could I get you guys any appetizers? Make sure and bring silverware and menus....
we normally do date night here, but not anymore. We ordered our wings twice and got them cold twice. I always order all flats and twice I got all drums. It used to be our favorite place. I wouldn't recommend if you're looking for hot and fresh, or your order done right. Service was ok at best VERY DISAPPOUNTED

tonight we went for my sons birthday. It was the absolute worse experience. First our table of 6 ordered 4 appetizers and a hour later they came out Ice cold. Then they bring entrees which was a complete joke. They were ALL ice cold and 2 of the 6 plates had hair and 3 of of 6 was not made correctly. The best place to hang out with friends and family! My server was amazing. Everything was brought to me and I never even had to ask. The general manager Josh came to check on us and made us feel extra welcome. Definitely come here for a good time!
