I took my pop-up to Otto thinking I would need to replace my a/c. He diagnosed the problem for me and turned out to be a burnt up capacitor. Saved me big bucks. He also replaced and repaired one of my tail lights and fixed my trailer wiring connector for me as well as figured out the wiring on my trailer battery connections all free of charge. He and his son were super friendly and a real pleasure to do business with.
Both Rush and Otto went above and beyond to help me with several water leaks in the RV. (I didn't winterize which was a terrible mistake) Would highly recommend for on the spot RV repairs. Thanks guys!!

Took trailer in on Monday to have wheel bearings repacked and awning strut replaced. Replaced the other strut a couple of weeks ago. Took care of both on the same day. They hand packed all the bearings. Peace of Mind. Great Service. I'll be back. Scott
