We had Craig to control and treat pests . The first time we called it was very smooth and he attended quickly on the same day. We were guaranteed it will be treated and if not can call him back within 6 months for free services . Initially charged around 1000+ dollars. bugs were still there and we called him after 1 month. then we had to call him several times , leave several messages and he will keep postponing or will not respond. I was dupped by Spiderman, charged me $600 to spray for spiders, flies and rats. Promised a 6 month warranty. Of course he ask us to leave the premises as the "commercial" product he was using is toxic for up to two hours. Since he left spiders have just got bigger, fatter and laid more eggs, creating lots of healthy baby spiders. Have called at least 4 times and sent 5 text, but no response. We have been facing German cockroach problem for a very long time. Used so many other companies but no result. But after using wild west and with the help of Craig we are able to get rid of this problem and finally it worked.
My rating is based on my experience with Craig of Wild Weta Auckland. My friend got similar experience with this old man. Maybe my friend and I could have made a better choice right in the beginning. Hope someone will not disturb his customers after receiving bad comments though I think he will and deny everything. Forgive and forget.
