I have a sensitive head and I didn't tell him. Fun fact, I didn't have to. He was gentle, quick, and left me with a cut that I was please to walk into work with. I'll miss Pam but she found a very suitable replacement.
I have short hair and went in for a trim. My haircut took only twenty minutes. He was very careful and asked questions along the way to make sure I got what I wanted. My haircut was great! At the end of the appointment, he said he's been telling all of his customers if there was anything wrong with the haircut to call him and he'll schedule them in as soon as possible.
I went in with a challenge and came out amazing. I love my hair cut.
