I reserved a pontoon for 4 hours for a family reunion. My reservation was for 1pm. We got there at 12:45 and were told that our reservation was not until 2pm. Fine, what can you do, the boat was not there. Boat finally arrives at 2:30. The girls working there quickly vacuum up the mess left from the previous renters. We rented a ski boat for the afternoon. It was supposed to be ready at 2 but we had to wait almost an hour. We should have been tipped off about the possible engine failure when the guy told us if it died just to push the throttle down and turn the key again. We tubed for about an hour then we decided to just float around for a bit. Once we were done swimming we went to start the boat again and...nothing.
