Smells weird in the stalls 🤢
The machines wouldn’t allow me to purchase a monthly membership initially, so I washed my vehicle and purchased a monthly unlimited pass in the same day after the fact once it worked. I emailed the owner to refund me for the single wash charge since I purchased a monthly membership, and he declined. It was for $11. A monthly membership is $25/month. So, he lost a recurring $25/month membership over a one time charge of $11. To each their own I guess? I won’t be coming back here after the terrible customer service.
