I FOUND THIS COMPANY ON ANGI'S LIST WITH A PERFECT RATING EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD BAD GOOGLE REVIEWS! I contracted with the owner, Bryan, to resod my front yard due to Hurricane Ian. He told me $3,200 if I got my own permit. The city scheduled an inspector to come stake the perimeter on July 11th. Brian text me and said he wanted his crew to scrap off the dead grass before the city came out. He got the dates wrong and sent his crew out on July 4th, a week early! Replaced a fence after Ian. Completely unprofessional, horrible workmanship, and no customer service after the fact. My main gate doesn’t lock (can literally just pull the pin up and it opens with a lock on it), and an entire panel falls out with anything over a 15mph wind. Emailed and text several times, nobody has shown up to fix it. I just get a “oh we will come look at it”. Guess I’ll never get to utilize the “ 1 year warranty” you offered. Next step is attorney I guess.
I called nine local fencing companies after Ian. They were one of only two who even responded. The other one came out but never sent a proposal though they did give me a dollar estimate and said it would be 10 -12 weeks once under contract. Wild Valley came out, quoted less, and said it would be done in six weeks. I signed and put 20% down immediately. These people are by far the worst bunch of clowns I have encountered. They didn’t take care to repair my privacy fence properly, to date they they’re making excuses. I would NOT hire them for anything else.
Owner ripped me off. Put down $6500 on paver drive job. NOTHING EVER DONE for one year. I asked for refund. Owner kept HALF of DOWNPAYMENT. DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY!
