Wild Smoke breakfast and lunch was absolutely delicious Had the Breakfast Burrito which had Brisket, smoked sausage, baco, breakfast sausage, eggs, tots and Cajun Cheese sauce!! Then had the Pork Belly Croissant Smoked Pork belly, Lemon Jalapeño Cilantro Slaw Their take on a Banh Mi Sandwich also with there raspberry ghost sauce which was amazing I ate half of each, saved for later!! Highly suggest keeping tabs on them and their offerings!!
Wild Smoke has completely changed the way I cook and grill. Bigfoot Backwoods Blend is my go-to for chicken, pork, and veggies. It’s super versatile and packed with flavor. For steaks, Bleu Wino and Heathen Dust are absolute standouts and take the taste to another level. Bleu Wino is also amazing on roasts. And the real game-changer: Pomegranate Mesquite BBQ sauce. Went & tried the breakfast burrito for the first time. OMG, it was absolutely delicious, the brisket was so flavorful. Definitely recommend this place ☺️ will be back
