Horrible experience. I was a new patient with a scheduled appointment, but I ended up waiting over 45 minutes without being seen. I eventually had to leave. The front desk was completely unhelpful and showed zero empathy regarding the delay. When I asked about the wait, they simply told me there were patients before me. If you can’t manage your schedule, don’t book appointments. I will not be returning.
