Wild Sage! Fantastic! The service is personal and friendly. The food is prepared with expertise and genuine care. We had burgers that were amazing and the pork chop is a must try!
Ambience was great and the service was great! Likes all the dishes. The salad could have been a little subtle - the flavor felt a little too intense for our liking.
I was not expecting this restaurant to be this amazing. We were just astounded about the combination of flavors and textures, the diversity of ingredients is incredible and the result is an explosion or aromas flavors and textures difficult to describe. A gem in eagle Colorado.
Wild Sage is one of those places that reminds me why I would rather eat at a good local restaurant than a chain almost any day of the week. Five stars. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed, the service is friendly without hovering over you, and most importantly, the food is excellent. There is some real thought coming out of the kitchen.
