I had heard nothing but excellent reviews about the OB/delivery services through High River, unfortunately I fear this reputation has retired with Dr Muller. The new doctor left me disappointed with his rushed, closed ended communication style, and lack of communication or follow through. As a result I had very little confidence going into my surgery. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. Rafik Daihoum is one of the worst practitioners I have ever met. He completely rushed my appointment which I have waited a very long time for. He rushed so much that the internal exam he conducted was extremely painful and unlike one I have ever had (I’m in my 40s and have had MANY examinations over the years). Do not see him.
Do not go to this clinic. Dr muller retired, and there is now a new dr that took over. Dr muller was kind, patient, understand and advocated and listened to his patients. The receptionist was also very kind and caring. The new dr that took over, talks you in circles, makes you feel crazy quite frankly. Wanted to undo all the work that I had done to get my health back in check with Dr. Muller. I left both appointments very defeated. My review is based on a call I made to check if the clinic has received my referral from my GP. The lady who answered the phone was in a hurry to disconnect the call even before she answered any of my queries properly (She wasn't helpful at all).
