I went in for a color correction and to go back to my natural brown hair with some lowlights. Sam was nearly 30 minutes late and had her new assistant (on her first day) do most of the service. My hair turned out much lighter than discussed, so they had to redo the foils. I was there for almost 8 hours and never received the haircut that was supposed to be included. My experience with Sam was not pleasant. She is nice but was one hour late. And then she left hair brassy and orange looking. Did not do what I asked her to do. Will definitely stay away from her and this salon. I did communicate to her and she acknowledged she was crazy busy that day. I reached out multiple times to let her know I would like her to fix it. And communication stopped from her side.
A year later, my hair is still recovering from the damage Sam did. I reached out to the owner via social media because she was listed as a grey-blend specialist. I got a text or call from Sam saying the owner wasn’t accepting new clients but she has lots of experience with grey blends.
