My experience with Sam was not pleasant. She is nice but was one hour late. And then she left hair brassy and orange looking. Did not do what I asked her to do. Will definitely stay away from her and this salon. I did communicate to her and she acknowledged she was crazy busy that day. I reached out multiple times to let her know I would like her to fix it. And communication stopped from her side.
A year later, my hair is still recovering from the damage Sam did. I reached out to the owner via social media because she was listed as a grey-blend specialist. I got a text or call from Sam saying the owner wasn’t accepting new clients but she has lots of experience with grey blends.
