As a business I understand that policies are in place, however there should be a return of the courtesy if something changes. My mother has been a customer for a few years and she called to rebook a standing appointment only to find out her stylist is no longer there. If she’d shown up for her appointment as scheduled would they have seen her or paid her for showing up to the appointment as scheduled?
By far my favorite place to get my hair done! Each hairdresser is so knowledgeable and helpful to whatever you need, and the atmosphere is just unreal! It truly feels like an environment full of people who are rooting for you! I’ve never left feeling unhappy with my hair and I’ll always recommend Wild Roots to anyone looking for their new favorite hair place!
