HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I wanted to go lighter, did a consolation, test strand and I was assured my hair wouldn’t be fried and it was achievable. I didn’t want to be anything like platinum I had realistic expectations. The foil placement is horrendous, uneven, some places are over an inch from the root others 1/4 to 1/2 nothing is even.
