Tim, a Technician started threatening me with more charges. After having problems with my propane, I notified Wild Rice of the situation in a 30 degree night, 2nd night in a row. The temperature in the house is now 57 degrees and dropping until I am off peek. I call and get promised to be given an answer from a technician and we need charge you more and "you need to read the agreement or need to charged more".
