Tim, a Technician started threatening me with more charges. After having problems with my propane, I notified Wild Rice of the situation in a 30 degree night, 2nd night in a row. The temperature in the house is now 57 degrees and dropping until I am off peek. I call and get promised to be given an answer from a technician and we need charge you more and "you need to read the agreement or need to charged more". Making payment arrangements with wild rice electric is almost impoasible. The people there are more rude than any other power company I've ever seen in my life.
I have been a costumer for five year and my family for 20 years I had call the office up there to set a payment plan up so we don't have to pay 300+ a month in the winter. But I had called them up and the lady who answered the phone was really rude i asked if I could set one up like several people I know do use the pay plan but she told me this is not a credit union and hang up the phone very rude.
11/18/2001 A POWER OUTAGE THAT AFFECTED 2,000 CUSTOMERS YET IT WASNT LARGE ENOUGH TO PUT THE INFO ON THEIR SITE!!!! JUST KEEP ON RAISING THEIR RATES AND COLLECTING THEIR \$\$\$\$\$\$\$. TO TOP IT OFF THEY WONT EVEN ANSWER THEIR PHONES.#####
