Susina has unbelievably delicious food, prepared with old world style and stunningly good flavors and textures. The gnocchi with mushrooms and truffle oil was unforgettable, as were the Pelmeni - dumplings with sour cream, butter and dill. Likewise the homemade bourdin blanc sausage was soft and accompanied by excellent sides, including Idaho morels. Susina is by far the best food in town. Feels like you're being made a home-cooked meal by your favorite Italian OG. Can't beat the atmosphere, service or the quality of food here. HIGHLY recommend!
