Ordered sympathy flowers for a friend because they could do same day delivery. Got an email confirming delivery and asking for feedback. In the morning I recieved an email refunding my money. When I tried to call multiple times no one answered the phone. Extremely unprofessional, very disappointed.

I am a firm believer in doing business with actual local florists where the business owners get to know what I like in flowers. Those 800 businesses could care less about their customers and charge more and give less. I called Steve (the owner) on a Saturday morning to order a bouquet to be delivered the same day.
