Ive ordered a few times now. Almost every time my order has to be adjusted because they are out of something. Ive had their potate wedges. Not great. I do like their canzone, but when ive asked for extra marinara they havent included, but I sure paid for it. Food decent. Service is poor

I ordered food here through Zing, their preferred online ordering place. They called me right after I prefer and told me that one of the pizza’s I ordered was not available. I asked for a refund and they said to do it through the Zing website. I asked for the refund and the Zing site said the restaurant has to approve the refund which should have been approved since the restaurant literally told me they would since they didn’t have what I needed. For the price of the pizza, you will be let down. This is nothing special and you can get better pizza for cheaper, literally from anywhere. The pizza wasnt terrible, it was a 4.5 out of 10. But they are charging for 9 out of 10 prices. Then you add the rude customer service from the front staff, now we're at a 2 out of 10. Guy in the front asked if I was there for pick up, I said yes and said my name. No response, he turns around and walks into the back and closes the curtain. How awkward for your customer.
