I got a haircut and gloss by Eileen and she did a fabulous job! Exactly what I wanted :) everyone in the salon was very nice and it was a very welcoming environment. Definitely recommend Wild Orchids Salon if you’re looking to get your hair done!

Wild Orchids was and is a godsend. I found it through a friend in the salon's earlier days and was excited to know there were really good stylists who listened to my wishes for my hair and used their excellent skills to make my hair look great - not just once but time after time. This is the greatest salon in Tucson!! Michelle is a colorist extraordinaire and a wonderful human. If you need any of these services this is the place to go. Nancy, Michelle’s assistant has a lovely energy and a pleasure to work with.

They do not respect your personal space in the salon and owners will find ways to harass you. Do not do business with them.

I was charged for a full highlight and only got a very partial highlight. I was refunded $20 on a $240 dollar charge. Wouldn’t a refund of half the price been appropriate for a full highlight turned into a partial highlight? I am extremely disappointed as my stylist Jessa did not text or call me back when I requested it with the front office person named Annie. I will be disputing the charges on my credit card. I did not receive the services I was charged for today.
