TLDR: I intentionally chose a professional salon instead of a kids’ haircut place because my five-year-old had spent years growing his hair and this was a big, emotional haircut for him that I wanted handled with extra care. Instead, the salon asked us to come earlier, his stylist, Liz, then rushed through his appointment because she had another client waiting and left him with a visibly uneven haircut that we had to fix ourselves the next day, despite having clear reference photos. I love love LOVE this salon. I came in for the first time and had Hayli. Let me just say, this was the best experience hands down. The staff were super friendly from start to finish. This is the best hair cut I've ever had. I explained what I needed/wanted for my hair and she executed it perfectly. Thank you guys so much!
