This place is a rip off they will do anything to charge you more and just add a bunch of random charges. I payed more to leave and break my lease to get away. Many more nicer places with better management in Fargo.
Very courteous staff! Very attentive to concerns and great communication. Place is kept clean and orderly.
Olivia was extremely helpful! She worked really hard to make the move in process easy and this was our first time getting an apartment. She was genuine and seemed excited for us and it made the whole thing really cool. The place is beautiful. I hope they promote Olivia cause she’s great!
