I have been living at Wild Oak since it opened in September 2023. I am now in the process of renewing my lease. The service has been outstanding from the administrative to the maintenance levels. The facility is safe and the common areas are kept routinely cleaned. The location is spectacular! Special thanks goes out to Kelly, Tanner and Kevin.
We have enjoyed our experience at this complex. But I would love to give a shout out to the maintenance team, especially Kevin! He was so friendly, super helpful and provided additional knowledge about the situation and how to prevent future issues. They went above and beyond with their attention to detail and neatness. Well done!
Kevin is awesome! He is so knowledgeable and so personable. He not only fixes things but also provides advice that could potentially help to not recur. And he does that in a such a kind way. Plus when he moves items in the way, he does so gently and remembers and puts the items back as they were. He certainly deserves a huge raise in my opinion.
We have lived at Wild Oak since last October. It is a beautiful place with many great amenities. Staff are great to work with.
Place is nice but HELLA EXPENSIVE! It is nearby downtown which means prone to stealing and nearby homeless. It is indeed peaceful; however, you’ll be paying for everything. To sum it up, $125 for the underground parking, $60-$70 for utility bills ie (water, heat, sewage and trash) electricity is not included which will range to $100-$120 and you’ll be paying their butterfly package which is $40-$50 dollars.
