Wild Meadows is an upscale 55+ restricted Land Lease community that is conveniently located in North Dover in the shore side of Route 1. There is a central clubhouse with a gym, sauna, function room with galley kitchen and a library / computer room. The homes are well maintained and the residents are generally retirees from NJ, PA and NY. It is attractive because coming from those states, owning in Wild Meadows is affordable in comparison. There are residents who still work, and it is a friendly, quiet and secure community. ... read more
