I ordered over $500 of pencils. They are completely defective. More than half of them do not sharpen - they just keep grinding away and breaking. The erasers fall off the top. I did not wait until I had 0 pencils left so I did not open them for a couple of months to start using them. When I sent them a note to the company I was told 'we're working with the vendor' and 'sorry. Too late for a credit'. Seriously??? They are a supplier for our franchise. I guess customer service doesn't matter once you're in with a company.
