I bought a new house here, but it feels like some doors were reused. They had holes and missing parts, and instead of replacing them properly, they just patched them up. The towel racks in the bathrooms fell off, and they told me they wouldn’t fix them until the end of year walkthrough. On top of that, I’ve had a noise in the ceiling for over a month, and despite my requests, no one has come to address it. It has not been a pleasant experience.

Melanie Hawkins our realtor was absolutely awesome. Anytime there was a problem or a question she would say and I quote "if I don't know the answer I will find someone that does". Along with our loan officer Erin was full of knowledge and extremely helpful with information. I would suggest to work with those two any day of the week. The escrow and underwriting team was just awful. We almost backed out of the contract several times because of them and how they treated their jobs, in a level of terrible proficiency.

Great neighborhood! This builder uses the cheapest materials from bathroom fixtures to light bulbs. They don’t fix anything as well. I have raw material showing on my staircase. Also, a huge gap between the tub and tile. Drywall screws are coming through everywhere. They said it was normal, but I don’t think it is. They installed the cheapest sprinkler system.
