Fantastic food and fantastic people. They catered my retirement ceremony and it was an amazing spread! Everyone kept talking about how absolutely fantastic the food was! Would definitely use them again. Food allergy friendly, gf/df, so easy to work with for special diets ❤️
We loved their physical restaurant and had similar, high expectations of their catering company. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with Wildhorse Catering and would not recommend using them for events. After signing the contract, they were extremely unresponsive leading up to the event- it would take several phone calls, texts and emails within a few weeks for us to hear back from them. I tried Wild Horse Catering's BBQ at the Winter Park rodeo this Summer and was frustrated by the extra fees that are tacked on to the actual menu cost. Rather than charge the actual price of $24 for a brisket sandwich, they advertised $20, then in the fine print added an extra 20% as the "site fee". Own the actual price your customers are paying ... don't hide behind the bait and switch tactic of advertising one low price only to then add all sorts of fees on afterwards. Wild Horse catered our daughter's wedding at our home in Tabernash and we couldn't be more impressed! The cocktail hour grazing table and apps, cocktails/bartending, and plated dinner were all delicious and beautifully presented. Shannon helped create a wonderful event within our budget and their service the day of the wedding went above and beyond, making this a stress free and enjoyable process. I highly recommend Wild Horse and will definitely call on them again for future parties.
