Avoid this option for a boat tour. Bill was extremely condescending and not welcoming at all. Do not pay ahead of time either. We showed up early at the time he said and then told us we were early. He also laughed at us for now owning binoculars. Take a tour from the West shore if you can.
Great time. Guide was very informative on the area and history of. Good sense of humor
5 star day. Captain Bill got us close to eagles, bighorn (rams and ewes), wild horses, and numerous deer. When we landed on the island we had a healthy hike. Only bummer was the Smokey haze that prevented views of the mountains ranges, nothing can be down about that. Enjoyable adventure with knowledgeable captain.
This place is closed wasted driving over an hour
Capitan Bill gave us a fabulous 4.5 hour boat trip. Boat was comfortable for our group of 4. Views were spectacular of the lake and we saw the horses, eagles, rams, bucks and osprey on Wild Horse Island. Would definitely recommend this boat trip to others.
