Working on and off with Coach Ryan has been a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, everytime I try to get a groove at WH, I end up having another baby(whoops!) haha! I will be back working with Ryan and the WH community which has always been friendly and wonderful!
I had been afraid of trying CrossFit because the culture seemed too intense and I had convinced myself I couldn’t do the workouts. Owner/Coach Ryan completely changed my mind! No matter what the daily workout is, he has modifications for all skill levels. Ryan puts a lot of thought into his daily workouts and so far, no two workouts have ever been the same. I would highly recommend Wild Horizons CrossFit to anyone-of any age or skill level 🙌
Came in over the winter of '17/'18 looking for a place to train while I stayed on my buddy's couch in FoCo for a few weeks. Told the owner/operator I'd only be there for about two-three weeks Dec-Jan but I'd be happy to pay punch pass/weekly/for the month. He said no fee, train as you like. Never forgot his kindness, and I hope that speaks to the kind of person he is. 10/5 stars
