I booked my first massage appointment with Wild Hearts and scheduled my visit with Theo. Theo was the first massage therapist I’ve ever had that really listened to my concerns with discomfort in my body and spent the entire appointment working on the areas I needed most. Wild Hearts Wellness basically saved me from the worst sciatic pain I've ever experienced. I discovered WHW through my employer website and am so thankful I did. For two months, I dealt with debilitating inflammation in one of my knees due to a torn meniscus. Daily NSAIDS aren't an option for me, so I went to Maura for acupuncture. Within two days of receiving electroacupuncture, my inflammation was so reduced that I could return to short walks and long swims. I hadn't been able to do either prior to Maura's treatment. I'm grateful to have found a practioner who listens so deeply and has so much expertise and experience. You feel her care.
