I went in to replace a lost piece of jewelry, she was so nice and actually put it in for me too which I wasn't expecting or I would've cleaned up a bit . Not only that my mother decided randomly she wanted a new piercing and we asked if she had any space since it was last minute and we understood if no but she said yes since she had a cancellation and was just very sweet and kind. Best piercing experience I've had - I have been to quite a few different piercers, and this was by far the best place. Everything was clean and professional. Sarah was very thorough and patient. She also communicated all of the steps very clearly, and let me know what she was doing. I will only go to this place from now on.
