Updated review: I was very pleased by the commitment to correction from the owner of Wild Heart, Chelsa. I unfortunately had an issue with my initial experience (with a stylist who no longer works there). Once I got ahold of Chelsa she was kind and willing to correct my hair and took responsibility for the situation. Services like hair can be hard when issues occur but I feel like she went above and beyond to correct the experience and validate my feelings. I’m a travel nurse, so it’s scary and risky to try new hairdressers. When I showed up to see Lauran, my roots were long, my extensions needed work, and my hair looked awful. She asked a lot of questions to give me exactly what I wanted. I showed her a picture of the hair color I was after, and she nailed it! She had some challenges with my extensions ( not her fault) , but was very patient and worked tirelessly to get the job done. I left with beautiful hair and feeling confident again. Thanks Lauran!
Chelsea is amazing. I just got the best hair cut I've had in years! She's also very sweet, extremely knowledgeable about hair and hair care. The salan is welcoming, everyone is incredibly nice. The young lady who curled my hair was a doll! So friendly and she did an amazing job. I left feeling pretty. ♥️
I am new to Wild Heart salon and was referred to Emily Alvarez for bobs and short hair cuts. She is so great! I was so impressed by how much time she took to make sure the haircut was just right. I have been on the hunt for awhile and am so glad I found her!
I had Lauran as my stylist, she did an awesome job. She's very particular and wants you to leave happy!! Live my hair color and cut!!
