We used Wild Havens for guests at our wedding at Sunwolf in Squamish and our experience was seamless! Laura and Richard made booking and tracking so easy for us and our guests. The weekend of the wedding set up and tear down was seamless. We heard from our guests that they loved the real beds and despite the heavy rains they remained dry! I definitely recommend them and hope to one day stay in a tent myself!
We used Wild Haven for our wedding weekend on Saltspring Island, and they were amazing! The whimsical tents that we and many of our guests stayed in were unbelievable. They were amazing to work with, and so affordable! We had the tents for three nights and our guests loved them so much! The furnishings were such high quality, and the beds were seriously so comfy. We hosted a 4-night, 60 person, family retreat this summer and hired Wild Havens to supply the pop-up glamping accommodations. When we first inquired, and all the way through the planning process, Richard was super helpful and prompt with responses. He and his staff set up the whole camp in one day and were efficient and considerate of our site constraints. We received the same stellar service for take-down at end of the camp. Richard and Laura were wonderful to work with!! They were super helpful and communicative throughout the booking process! They provided the perfect glamping set up for our wedding day, and all of our guests loved the tents!! They have so many options to make it seamless for each guest to book a glamping set up of their choice.
