I went in to buy a gift certificate and I was informed that they have a special: buy $80 and get $20 additional. I said OK I’ll take that. The girl goes to get the card and comes back and says, “sorry that that offer isn’t until next week.” I said you can’t honor it now?? I’m here right now looking to buy the gift certificate. Nope. Took my money elsewhere.
Wild Ginger is an amazing restaurant that I have been going to for years. The staff is always very nice and welcoming and the atmosphere is relaxing and clean. It is not a fancy place in the sense of a high end restaurant but it still looks really nice inside and feels comfortable every time I go. As a Dasher, I placed an order at this restaurant, and upon arrival, I was forced to wait over 30 minutes because they hadn't even started preparing the order. This caused a huge delay on my route, and frankly, it's not convenient at all. With all due respect, your response shows that you have absolutely no understanding of how a dasher’s job actually works. That’s not how things operate.
