So far a solid experience with Mike. I like to book a local campground early in the season in case there are any immediate issues to fix. As it turns out, our fridge is on the blink so I called Mike after trouble shooting a bunch of different possibilities. Mike was quick to fit me in and came by a few hours after calling him. Unfortunately, I have to share my bad experience with Mike's service on a pre purchase RV inspection which turned out to be very disappointing. My goal of a pre purchase inspection was to make sure the travel trailer I had previously viewed could immediately be towed and that brakes, brake lights, tires, hitch, furnace, fridge, stove, electrical system, hot water tank and roof etc. were good. Can't say enough about our great experience with Mike today. Fixed our slide quickly, super nice guy, showed my husband some 'tricks' incase our other slide has issues in the future. Total 5 stars!!
Mike came and fixed the slide out floor in the slide out of their 5 th wheel. Super friendly easy to talk to and explain and was extremely professional and competent in his work and customer service. Mike installed my new suburban furnace October 2024. My warranty expired three months ago (of course). Mike had to come back to put in a new motor, not his fault. While he was here got him to put in new dinosaur board also. My furnace is blowing heat again. I wouldn’t have anyone else work on my 5th wheel. Thank you for being a great Mobile RV technician.
