Ribs were dried out Brisket was the same. Seems like it was cooked ahead of time and sat in a warmer way to long
Ordered online for Pork Ribs, Wedge salad, Mac and Chz, Beans and the Fritters. Only the fritters were worth getting. Ribs are dry and salt packed, very very salt packed to where we wanted to remove the crust. Also ribs were significantly overcooked and it was a St Louis full rack so lots of cartilage and fat but somehow that didn’t help. Wedge had no dressing and none was included on the side.
