I was so impressed with the responsiveness of Wild Country Plumbing. I needed a last minute stub out of my kitchen for a remodel and Amy worked with me to get someone in quickly! Jaden and Scott came out and were so respectful and listened to me and explained clearly what they were doing. As is typical in existing homes, there were a few unforeseen situations that needed to be dealt with and again, they explained my options clearly along with potential pros and cons and helped me make the best decision. These guys did a great job! Amy was very communicative, and Nate was efficient and clean and answered my many questions. I had to wait a couple of months for an appointment but my needs were not urgent. I will definitely use them again.
They came and serviced our hot water system and the heat boiler. They were here about 2 hours with no parts needed. We were charged almost $ 800.00! To us that is outrageous! We will NO longer us them!
Our Tech Jaden Varbel was wonderful. He walked me thru everything, answered all of my questions, and extremely proffessional. He even wore booties on his shoes without being asked.
