Super happy with the prompt reply to our request for service. They actually came out THE SAME DAY we called to decommission our old water heater that was beginning to signs of failure. Very impressive! To update this review from our most recent service I have to say how disappointing it was to get a “flat rate” bill of $650 to flush a hot water heater. I was so impressed with the responsiveness of Wild Country Plumbing. I needed a last minute stub out of my kitchen for a remodel and Amy worked with me to get someone in quickly! Jaden and Scott came out and were so respectful and listened to me and explained clearly what they were doing. These guys did a great job! Amy was very communicative, and Nate was efficient and clean and answered my many questions. I had to wait a couple of months for an appointment but my needs were not urgent. I will definitely use them again.
