Here are the facts, you decide if this was okay. I don’t think so. Wild Country did the all the plumbing in my new house built in late 2021. We moved in during January 2022. After 4 years and 9 months we started to have a sewer smell in our master bath and powder room. The source was septic gas determined to be leaking through bad wax rings on both toilets. Super happy with the prompt reply to our request for service. They actually came out THE SAME DAY we called to decommission our old water heater that was beginning to signs of failure. Very impressive! To update this review from our most recent service I have to say how disappointing it was to get a “flat rate” bill of $650 to flush a hot water heater.
