I LOVE Wild Bull on a weekend night in Downtown Kalamazoo! The bar staff is always friendly and efficient, and I've never wanted to complain about the drinks (bonus!) You couldn't pay me enough to ride the mechanical bull in the center of the bar, but I will be the first to admit that it provides endless entertainment, especially as the night wears on. This is the place to be on a Saturday night if you're looking to dance with a group of friends. The security was nice and I never felt in harm's way like I have felt at other bars in Kalamazoo. I recommend this place for sure.
Wild Bull isn't really my scene as a young professional, but I can see how its a popular place for Kalamazoo with the younger crowd. Its got a huge dance floor and several bars for people to go to...its a hip place for a fun night out if you like to dance.
Never go to this place. The security walks around with there chest all puffed out.. we came all the way from jackson,for a friends b day party. was there like 30 mins the bouncer kicked my sister out for being to drunk. mind you she had 1 shot, and orderd food. she was cold looking for warmth so she was leaning on her boyfriends arm they apparently took that as she had to much to drink SCREW THIS PLACE NEVER GOING BACK.....GRRRRRRR
Our local H.O.G. chapter enjoyed a nice dinner at the Wild Bull the other night. The food was good and the prices seemed in line with other restaurants in the area. We generally show up with 20 to 30 people on a dinner ride, this usually results in the wait staff being overwhelmed and slow. We generally except this. To our surprise the staff at Wild Bull handled our dinner orders easily and with very few mistakes. The bouncers at this establishment took my Michigan issued drivers license due to one of their wait staff having a personal issue with me and my family. I am 23 years old and they accused me of being a minor, kicked me out of their bar, took my id, and threatened to call the cops on me.
