I purchased a squirrel baffle from them back in November of 2022. I tried to return it about 7 months later after the return policy had expired. It was in perfect shape and it was still in the original packaging. It was about a $30 unit. They would not take it back and even give me a store credit. They claimed it was no longer an object in their inventory. I was a little miffed because they could definitely have resold it as squirrels are everywhere here in Florida. Great selection of feed, feeders and anything else a bird enthusiast might need. Knowledgeable, friendly staff! Highly recommended over shopping online.
The employee (I think her name was Chloe) was incredibly helpful. They got me setup with a reasonably priced bird feeder to keep the squirrels out.
