We are ever so glad the Wild Birds Unlimited in Knoxville has reopened. New owners seem truly dedicated to this business and we, in Knoxville, really needed our BIRD store! Love the products, feed and all that goes with it!! Thanks guys!!

The staff is often gruff, and the products offered are very limited. Much prefer the other wild bird stores in town.
I was shopping in this store for a birdfeeder for my backyard when my son accidentally broke a glass hummingbird feeder. I apologized and assisted in cleaning it up. Afterwards, the employee handed my the price tag that was on it and said I needed to pay for it. I guess I was so shocked, I went to the register and handed it to the cashier. Little did I know it was $49.99! Seriously, it maybe should have been $19.99. Way, way, way overpriced and I am still shocked that they asked me to pay for it. Really nice, knowledgable people who have a softsell attitude. It is kinda funny tht they are next door to a "Wild Wings" restaurant.
