Incredibly cheap parts, excessive numbers of hours needed to get things done, astronomical amounts of money for the jobs, and as many fake problems as they can throw at you. If a mechanic can make people feel welcomed and cared for, they'll never ask questions, get opinions and quotes from other shops, or do research. It's the way the business goes, just like car sales. To keep a long story, 5 years worth, kind of short and to the point I will just go over the main points. I used Wild Automotive for my fleet repairs for a long time. And even through many disappointments and failures, to include a caliper falling off after a brake job on one of my work trucks, and a lot of just general mistakes and lies told to me I remained loyal.
