Incredibly cheap parts, excessive numbers of hours needed to get things done, astronomical amounts of money for the jobs, and as many fake problems as they can throw at you. If a mechanic can make people feel welcomed and cared for, they'll never ask questions, get opinions and quotes from other shops, or do research. It's the way the business goes, just like car sales. BEWARE!! Extremely dishonest!! They spend more time bragging about how good they are and how busy they are!! They will take your money and not fix your car. TRUST ME!! STAY AWAY from this place!!
Ken Jr. and Ken Sr. both need to go to automotive repair school and Ken Sr. needs a major attitude adjustment and a class on how to treat customers- especially after you continue to make mistakes on my car and when asked why- his only answer is "I don't know"!! I gave them 5 chances to fix an oil leak and they kept charging me more money and found more things to fix regarding the oil leak. DISHONEST, DISRESPECTFUL and STUPID!! Stay away from these clowns!! They are a DISASTER!!
To keep a long story, 5 years worth, kind of short and to the point I will just go over the main points. I used Wild Automotive for my fleet repairs for a long time. And even through many disappointments and failures, to include a caliper falling off after a brake job on one of my work trucks, and a lot of just general mistakes and lies told to me I remained loyal. Fast, honest and reasonable.
Great work at fair prices. They are the only place I take my cars.
Contracted with them for snow removal - very unreliable. Had to call each time - sometimes they never showed up at all. Sometimes they said they had plowed when they clearly hadn't - even lied about having to move our garbage cans out of the way on a day when they weren't even out. DO NOT USE THEM FOR SNOW REMOVAL!
