WIld at Heart replied to my request for flowers at a local funeral, saying that the order would be filled and I would receive a call the next day. When I didn't receive a call or email (both info provided) I called twice leaving messages. Finally, I emailed again and still never received a reply. I assumed the flowers would be delivered, but found out that they were not. I am very disappointed and sad that my sister and I were not able to give our condolences as we had hoped.

I live in Dallas and wanted to buy a fabulous bouquet for my sister in law in Spicer. I entered an order on Wild at Heart's website, but the site isn't set up for ecommerce, so she was supposed to call me to get payment. She never called me. I called twice and left voicemails and never heard back. How does she run a business this way?! Really infuriating - so my sis-in-law's birthday came and went. I finally placed an order with another florist. Fingers crossed they get delivered today.

I received the most beautiful bouquet from my daughters. They ordered online providing just a general description and Wild Heart Floral created a perfect bouquet for me! Very impressed!
