Three year old home. No installation in one of the bedrooms. Cracked tub in the upstairs bathroom. Leaking external gas connector to the house. The floating floor is coming up already, because the foundation didn't cure correctly. Foundation is in danger of eroding away. If you buy from them. Full inspection from an independent inspector. Do not use there guy. Better yet don't buy from this company.
We were in a pinch when we bought this house. From doors that don't latch to siding pulling away from the wall. Don't expect any punch list stuff to get done. Should change the name to wilcoxson cheap homes.
From day one to now, a year later, we couldn’t be more happy with our Wilcoxson home! It is gorgeous and was built to last! Darrin, the builder, was available from day one. He met with us during the home buying process, provided a one year warranty, and was willing to negotiate a more substantial warranty if we were interested. RIP OFF ALERT!! These guys sold us a home as NEW but we found out after, that several people had been living in it for months! Now they wont honor any of the warranty items we are asking them to repair including HUGE CRACKS in a stone veneer at our front door... WHICH WE REPORTED AFTER 2 MONTH LIVING IN THE HOUSE! Dont give this guy an opportunity to rip you off like he did us.
