Was able to do what 2 others doctors didn't do. Treats you like a person not a number. Ran tests found issues and corrected situation immediately. Best doctor in his field.
Dr Wilcox was wonderful as was Most of his staff . Save one who did not even try to hide her disdain towards certain patients . Not naming her . Dr is too trusting and good hearted to see it. As a Former patient I appreciated his help regardless . Was not his fault. . Some visits were by phone during pandemic ,not all Dr are flexible .
Dr. Wilcox treated my mother who is getting on in years and was very through and was able to guide us in her health issues. He was very patient with us and took his time to explain her condition and plan out what the next steps needed to be. My mother was very satisfied and pleased, in the past she has complained that the doctors are to indifferent and don't even bother to explain to her. I too was very pleased and happy with the visit.
